KARTON — безкоштовна браузерна гра на karton.fun. Відкриваючи її, ти погоджуєшся з цими правилами. Не погоджуєшся — просто не грай.

Гру створює й підтримує приватна особа, автор проєкту. Це не студія з цілодобовою підтримкою: сервер може зупинятись на оновлення, а відповідь на лист іде стільки, скільки йде.

Гроші

Гра безкоштовна. Ані покупок, ані підписок, ані реклами в ній зараз немає, і платити за неї нікому не треба. Якщо колись з'явиться щось платне, ці правила будуть доповнені окремим розділом — з умовами оплати й повернення.

Акаунт

Грати можна без входу. Вхід через Google потрібен лише для того, щоб профіль ходив між пристроями — які саме дані при цьому передаються, описано в політиці приватності.

За доступ до свого акаунта Google відповідаєш ти. Якщо ним скористався хтось інший, спершу зміни пароль у Google, а тоді напиши нам.

Чого не можна

• використовувати чити, ботів, автоприціл, змінені збірки гри та будь-які програми, що дають перевагу в бою;
• навмисно ламати гру: підробляти пакети, зловживати помилками сервера, заливати його з'єднаннями чи сміттям;
• брати нік або малювати аватар, які ображають людей, розпалюють ворожнечу чи видають тебе за іншу людину;
• ображати, погрожувати чи спамити в чаті;
• перепродавати доступ до гри чи видавати її за свою.

Якщо знайшов помилку, якою можна зловживати, — напиши нам замість того, щоб нею користуватись. Це найкорисніше, що можна зробити для гри.

Що буває за порушення

Ми можемо обмежити чи закрити доступ до гри — тимчасово або назавжди, залежно від того, що сталося. Профіль при цьому може бути видалений. Вважаєш, що це помилка, — напиши, розберемось.

Твій нік і твої малюнки

Нік і намальований аватар лишаються твоїми. Ти лише дозволяєш грі показувати їх іншим гравцям — над головою персонажа, у списку кімнати й у таблиці рахунку. Водночас ти підтверджуєш, що маєш право їх використовувати й що вони не порушують чужих прав.

Права на гру

Код, графіка, звуки, назва й вигляд гри належать її автору. Грати — будь ласка; копіювати, продавати чи видавати за своє — ні.

Гра надається «як є»

Ми не обіцяємо, що сервер працюватиме без перерв, що матч не обірветься на найцікавішому і що профіль ніколи не загубиться — резервні копії робимо, але гарантії дати не можемо.

У межах, дозволених законом, автор не відповідає за збитки, пов'язані з користуванням грою: втрачений прогрес, перерваний матч чи час, витрачений у ній.

Зміни

Правила можуть змінюватись — разом із грою. Дата вгорі показує, коли це сталося востаннє. Якщо зміни серйозні, ми скажемо про це в самій грі.

Право й суперечки

До цих правил застосовується законодавство України. Спірні питання краще вирішувати листом — напиши, і ми відповімо.

What this is

KARTON is a free browser game at karton.fun. By opening it you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, simply do not play.

The game is built and run by a private individual, the author of the project. This is not a studio with round-the-clock support: the server may go down for updates, and an answer to an email takes as long as it takes.

Money

The game is free. There are no purchases, no subscriptions and no ads in it right now, and nobody has to pay for anything. If something paid ever appears, these terms will get a separate section covering payment and refunds.

Account

You can play without signing in. Signing in with Google exists only so your profile follows you between devices — the privacy policy describes exactly what is passed along.

Access to your Google account is your responsibility. If someone else used it, change your Google password first, then write to us.

What you must not do

• use cheats, bots, aim assist, modified builds or any software that gives an advantage in a match;
• deliberately break the game: forge packets, abuse server bugs, flood it with connections or junk;
• take a nickname or draw an avatar that insults people, incites hatred, or impersonates someone else;
• insult, threaten or spam in chat;
• resell access to the game or pass it off as your own.

If you find a bug that can be abused, write to us instead of using it. That is the most useful thing you can do for the game.

What happens if you break the rules

We may limit or close access to the game — temporarily or for good, depending on what happened. The profile may be deleted along the way. If you think it was a mistake, write to us and we will sort it out.

Your nickname and your drawings

Your nickname and drawn avatar stay yours. You only allow the game to show them to other players — above your character, in the room list and on the scoreboard. You also confirm you have the right to use them and that they do not infringe anyone else's rights.

Rights to the game

The code, art, sounds, name and look of the game belong to its author. Playing is welcome; copying, selling or passing it off as your own is not.

The game is provided "as is"

We do not promise that the server runs without interruption, that a match will not drop at the best moment, or that a profile can never be lost — we do keep backups, but we cannot give guarantees.

To the extent allowed by law, the author is not liable for losses related to using the game: lost progress, an interrupted match, or the time spent playing.

Changes

The terms may change along with the game. The date at the top shows when that last happened. If a change is significant, we will say so in the game itself.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. Disputes are best settled by email — write to us and we will answer.
